2008 TeamAfter competing in the epic Amgen Tour of California and battling through the cold, wet, stormy conditions, Team Jelly Belly has hit the road for the 2008 season. To see video content and get behind-the-scenes interviews with the team during the race, check out SportBeans.com here!

The team has been revamped, with new uniforms, new bikes and some new members, and they’re ready to tackle yet another monster stage race: the Tour de Georgia presented by AT&T! The Tour begins on Monday, April 21 on Tybee Island and covers 650 miles of varied terrain before ending on Sunday, April 27 with a 62.7 mile circuit race in Atlanta. Mr. Jelly Belly will even there to greet them at the finish!

Sponsor a Jelly Belly Rider at the Napa Tour de Cure and help fight diabetes!

On May 4, 2008, several team members will join the employees of team title sponsor Jelly Belly Candy Company at the Napa Tour de Cure. They’ll be riding though the Napa Valley to raise funds for the American Diabetes Association. The ADA’s mission is to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. To show your support, click on one of our team members’ names below to access that rider’s webpage, then click on the box that says CLICK HERE TO SPONSOR ME and follow the instructions to make an online tax-deductible donation. No matter how small or large, your generous gift will help improve the lives of more than 20 million Americans who suffer from diabetes, in the hope that future generations can live in a world without this disease. Together, we can all make a difference!
